How Much Does Shipping Cost? 

Shipping costs vary depending on what you're ordering, where it's going and whether you want to be able to track it. Our prices start at just 3.75 Euros for shipping within Germany, 5.90 Euros to the rest of Europe and 7.90 Euros Worldwide. Please note that by selecting the cheapest shipping method available you will not receive a tracking number. We always give you the choice of a tracked service as well though, just be sure to select the ‘with tracking’ option when checking out. 

 

How does Shipping to the UK after Brexit work?

Worry not! We have taken all the necessary steps to ensure that you will not be charged any customs fees and your order will reach you as smoothly as possible. Slight delays are possible due to the additional checks at the border but everything is shipped with all the necessary information and forms attached.

Can I change or add to my order once I've placed it?

For sure. As long as your order hasn't shipped already it's no problem to add items to it to save on shipping, take items away if you've changed your mind or edit delivery information. Just get in touch and let us know what you need.

How long will my order take to reach me?

This varies on of course depending on where your order is going. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Berlin. The times stated below are estimated delivery times to give a guide for untracked shipments, tracked shipping delivery times will depend on the carrier: 

Within Germany: 3-5 days 

Within Europe: 5-14 days 

Outside Europe 14-28 days  

If your order exceeds the delivery times stated above then please let us know and we’ll look into it for you right away. 

I haven't received my order

Unfortunately, even the fine, qualified postal system loses a package now and again. If you have not received your package, we kindly ask you to let us know within 30 days (60 days for customers outside the EU) of your order date and we will credit your account or reship the item. Notices about undelivered goods received after the above time frames will not be considered for store credit or reshipment.


If your stuff does not arrive at your door within the delivery times listed above, please drop us an Email and we will look into it for you right away.

How can I pay?

We currently accept a wide variety of payment methods including of course credit card and Paypal. Our store is operated in Euros but you can also pay in a variety of different currencies such as GBP or USD. Just select your local currency from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and all prices will be updated and the checkout will be processed in your currency of choice. Please note that the exchange rate is calculated automatically on the day of the transaction and therefore, in the case of a refund, the amount returned may be slightly more/less than the original amount.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course! We will refund your purchase with no questions asked if...

1. The goods are returned to us within 30 days of you having received them.

2. We receive the goods back in exactly the same condition they were when they were shipped.

Please include the original packing slip or your order number when sending anything back as well as a short note detailing whether you would like a refund or a replacement (i.e. other size). The latter is subject to availability so we recommend checking whether the desired exchange item is in stock before initiating a return. Shipping and handling expenses will be applied to the re-shipment. Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Please send your return to:
